Overview
Five days in Lisbon with one outing to Sintra. Mornings are neighborhood walks. Afternoons are open for a miradouro, a tram, or a long lunch in Alfama. Sintra is one or two palaces, not the full stack.
Expect steep streets, excellent pastry, and wind off the river. Shoes with grip matter more than a formal outfit. Porto is a second trip, not a commute from this hotel.

Day 1 Arrive Lisbon
Check-in and a short waterfront walk if you land before dinner.
Day 2 Alfama and the castle hill
Morning lanes, viewpoint, and tram options. Afternoon free.
Day 3 Downtown and Belem
Baixa and a Belem afternoon for pastry and the river, not every monument.
Day 4 Sintra
Early coach, one palace, forest air, back to Lisbon for the evening.
Day 5 Depart
Airport transfer advice. Extra night if you want Cascais the next day.
