Overview

Four days on the Nile between Luxor and Aswan. Temples are visited in river order, so the history reads as a sequence instead of a checklist. Days start early for the heat. Evenings are on deck, not in another coach.

Expect strong sun, modest dress at religious sites, and guides who know which courtyard is in shade. A hat and a refillable bottle matter more than extra camera gear. Cairo can be added before or after; it is not packed into this cruise.

Single cabins are limited. If none are open we pair same-gender travellers or quote a supplement.

Which currency is most widely accepted on this tour?

Egyptian pounds for small purchases. US dollars and cards are common on the boat. Tipping is usually cash.

Should I book pre/post tour accommodation?

Yes if you fly into Cairo. The cruise starts in Luxor. We can book the domestic flight and a Cairo night.
