Last-minute deals that are actually worth it
A real deal has dates you can take and a hotel you would still book at full price.
Last minute is not the same as cheap. If the flight lands at 2am and the hotel is an hour from the thing you came for, it is not a deal. Check transfer time, cancellation, and whether breakfast is the only meal within walking distance.
The good last-minute offers fill leftover rooms on dates that already work for you. Keep a passport ready and a two-night window free. Say no to anything that needs a 4am bus.
Journea lists shoulder-season and last-seat tours when the departure is real. Read the inclusions. A low headline price with paid transfers is just a different invoice.
